Handbuilt Plank Mug Workshop 5/20- 6pm

Service Description

Love texture and patterns?! We have some beautiful wood carved plank molds to help us with this project. Using soft slab methods, we will drape them into the textured molds then form and attach them into the mug shape. Then style then make your own stylized handle. Since it takes about a week for the pieces to dry and then be bisque fired, this class will be two sessions so that you can glaze the pieces the following week. They will then will get the final firing. Class fee is $80 (plus tax) and includes the instruction, the use of all materials, tools, glazing and firings. NOTE: Since we are charge a credit card processing fee the moment you pay, there will be a $5 cancellation fee, should you need to cancel before the 1st day of the course starting. After that, the cost of the course is not refundable, but we can apply it to a future course or you can transfer it to a friend or family member.
