It's time to get started!
The 2025 Empty Bowl Event was a - feel-good, memory-making evening, we raised $20,570 over the course of the months long efforts of bowl painting and event night!
It's time to get started with the bowl making for our Empty Bowls 2026 event! We want to give more people the opportunity to get involved now and be a part of supporting our community through Lake Cares Food Pantry.
What you can do to help right now
There are steps we need to take to get started with our yearly
Empty Bowls preparation.

We need Bag of Clay Sponsors to help us obtain the materials we need to make the bowls. Each bag makes approximately 17 bowls each.

Next we need throw or hand build the bowls. We will have dates that you can sign up to hand build a bowl while our students will throw some.

Then we need painters! These are super fun nights that you just let your creativity flow. These bowls will then be fired and stored until the event.
If you can help in just one aspect or all of them, we are thrilled to have your support and creative contribution!
