Hand Built Textured Mug, 6/28 - 12 pm

Service Description

Everything tastes better when you’re drinking out of a hand-made mug! We will be using slab construction method to hand build a mug that you then be able to add textured from all kinds of materials and tools we have. Then we will put them together and add a handle. Each person will have a unique piece of art, that you can use! Once it is dry and is bisque fired, we will let you know when it is ready, and you can come in and glaze it at your leisure. At that time we will explain all your glazing options, and help you out with techniques. (Note: if you can't glaze your piece with in a week after the bisque fire, we ask that you pick it up and take it home until you are ready to glaze it. ) There is a 3 person minimum before a class will be started for each time slot. Please also let us know of a day and time that you need if it is not listed. NOTE: Since we are charge a credit card processing fee the moment you pay, there will be a $5 cancellation fee, should you need to cancel before the 1st day of the course starting. After that, the cost of the course is not refundable, but we can apply it to a future course or you can transfer it to a friend or family member.
