Hand-built Spooky Lanterns - 9/3, 6pm

Service Description

This hand building project is focused on making spooky lanterns! You'll be using slab and sculpting methods and your creativity to make your own designs. We have some samples of ideas but you can come up with your own too! The class will include making one large one and two smaller ones. Once the piece has dried slowly over a week, it will be bisque fired and ready for you to glaze. At that time we will explain all your glazing options, and help you out with techniques. (Note: if you can't glaze your piece with in a week after the bisque fire, we ask that you pick it up and take it home until you are ready to glaze it. ) There is a 3 person minimum before a class will be started for each time slot. Please also let us know of a day and time that you need if it is not listed. NOTE: Since we are charge a credit card processing fee the moment you pay, there will be a $5 cancellation fee, should you need to cancel before the 1st day of the course starting. After that, the cost of the course is not refundable, but we can apply it to a future course or you can transfer it to a friend or family member.
