Quiet on the outside, intentional within.
 
Left matte and unglazed, the exterior is a deep charcoal black clay, broken by a single depressed dot of contrast glaze. Inside, that same contrast glaze coats the bowl in a soft, weathered green or rusty red. Standing just over three inches tall with a wide, rounded body, it has the clean, minimal lines of a piece built for a table set with intention.
