Service Description
Using slab, coil methods and pinchpot methods , we'll be making various garden and yard pottery items, such as; a functional bird house or bird feeder, a plant pressed rectangular planter, porcelain windchimes, and poppy pod garden stakes. This series will cover all steps of building, leather-hard refining, and glazing. Once the projects finish being created, we will let them dry to be fired and work on the next one. Once any of them are bisque fired, we will then do the glazing for them. Class fee is $300 (plus tax) and includes the instruction, the use of all materials, tools, glazing and firings. There needs to be at least 3 people registered before this session can be started. If the minimum is not met by the time the start date arrives, we can either push back the start date, or refund to those who registered. NOTE: Since we are charge a credit card processing fee the moment you pay, there will be a $10 cancellation fee, should you need to cancel before the 1st day of the course starting. After that, the cost of the course is not refundable, but we can apply it to a future course or you can transfer it to a friend or family member.
