Crochet - Granny Stitch Cardigan 9/21-28

Service Description

Have you ever wanted to make your own cardigan that matches your unique style, but it felt too intimidating to begin? I want to help to demystify the start of garment-making with crochet by introducing you to the very popular Hexagon style cardigan, using the Granny Stitch! Select your garment size and fiber content. We offer selections of 100% cotton and 100% wool, in case you would like to make this cardigan for a northern trip or a family member or friend outside of Florida. After registration, Celeste, your instructor, will reach out to talk color palettes! At this point, you will be able to choose whether you make a many-colored dreamcoat, or an accent garment in a solid color. This series of classes is directly related to the Granny Stitch class on September 7, when we will learn how to make the Granny Stitch in rows and squares! If you have never crocheted before, this class is not recommended. Please take the From the Ground Up series, also offered through Yada Yada Pottery, for a full introduction to crochet before taking this class. You will need to do some crocheting outside of class time. Currently we are taking 5 students, ages 14 and up. There is a 3-person minimum booking requirement before this class can be confirmed. NOTE: Since we charge a credit card processing fee the moment you pay, there will be a $7 cancellation fee, should you need to cancel before the 1st day of the course starting. After that, the cost of the course is not refundable, but we can apply it to a future course or you can transfer it to a friend or family member.
